Doctor-approved AI surgical previews
AI-generated 2D simulations built from the patient's own photos — reviewed and approved by a doctor before anything ships.
The challenge
Patients deciding on surgery abroad want one thing above all: to see a realistic preview of their own result. Manual mockups were slow to produce, inconsistent in quality, and didn't scale with conversation volume.
The solution
We built a simulation pipeline that generates a before/after preview from the patient's own photos — identity preserved by editing a single real photo per angle, powered by frontier image models with an automatic fallback engine. Every result lands in a draft state in the clinic's system: a doctor reviews, requests revisions, and only an approved version ever reaches the patient.
Why it matters
Nothing ships unreviewed
Draft-and-approve versioning means the AI proposes and the doctor decides — the patient only ever sees medically approved previews.
The patient's real face
The pipeline edits one real photo per angle instead of generating a new face — previews stay honest and recognizable.
Requested in chat, delivered in chat
Patients ask the sales agent for a preview mid-conversation; the request, generation, review and delivery all run inside the same journey.
The results
Over 1,000 simulations generated so far, with 60%+ approved by doctors and delivered to patients — a visual step in the sales journey that used to be impossible at this volume.
