Four things describe the day-to-day better than a list of perks would.

01 / AI-FIRST

AI coding tools, daily

A meaningful part of the codebase is written with Claude Code and similar tools, then reviewed by humans. Knowing where they are wrong is part of the job.

02 / WRITTEN DOWN

Decisions have a record

Every non-obvious choice lives in a decision log with its reasoning, so a new engineer can find out why something is the way it is without asking.

03 / MEASURED

Evaluation suites, not vibes

Each agent template ships with automated evaluation cases. A regression is caught by a suite, not by a customer.

04 / SMALL TEAM

Direct work, real ownership

You work with the founder, take features from branch to production, and take new customers live. "Not my job" does not exist here.

Where and when

Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote — Aydınevler, Maltepe. The first two months are fully in-office, so you get the context, the codebase and the team properly. You work on a MacBook Pro we provide, with the AI coding tools we use paid for.

How hiring runs

No screening call. We read your application first, and the first conversation we have with you is a real one.

  1. We read your application. The GitHub profile and the one repository you pointed us at — that is the first filter, and it is done by a person.
  2. A practical case study for the candidates we like: a task close to our real work, an integration against a public API. It will not eat your weekend.
  3. A one-to-one interview, face to face in the office, about the case you sent: your code, your decisions and how you worked with AI tools on it.
  4. Offer, quickly. Three steps and no committee, so a strong candidate is not kept waiting for weeks.
Every application gets an answer, including the ones we turn down. A GitHub profile matters more to us than a formatted CV — coursework and unfinished experiments count.
